    The venue is terrific. The food and service is marginal. I have been to the Blue Anchor many times. They have a wonderful waterfront patio. If they could only improve the quality of the food this would be a go to destination along the St. Lawrence. They probably have the worst wings I have ever tasted. Their perch rolls are ok. This is definitely not local perch and the sauce is marginal. The service on the patio seems to depend on the server. Sometimes excellent and sometimes horrible. A restaurant with tremendous potential. But hey the money is on beer sales. And they do a great job with that.
